A good, quick whine, cry, rant, rage, does the mind and body good. Keyword: QUICK.
The need to be strong, have a stiff upper lip, or keep up appearances so you don't seem weak is one I think we should fight. If you don't mourn or yes, grieve, our disappointments, failings, and losses, then we're just storing up the sadness for another day, and when those floodgates open, there's no telling what the heck is gonna happen.
