And after a long hiatus, I'm back with another Travel Vlog. I tried to do something a little different this time, showing the fun foodie moments we had, especially since the highlight of my trip, apart from being with my family, was eating at some great places. As if that's not enough, I also threw in some skincare info for when I'm flying, and my Black Panther experience. You also get to see my niece's camerawork and her Black Panther tribute! - All this, in less than 6 minutes. Am I great or am I great?

Hello, good people. Another Travel Vlog is upon us :)
Finally, in between real life and a bit of procrastination, I'm done with my Travel recap of Rwanda, the land of a thousand hills! If you missed my last post on it, while I was actually still there, not to worry; it's right here.
As I mentioned in that post, my Rwanda vlog was actually my first official travel vlog. It's got the second highest number of views on my Youtube channel (which needs more subscribers by the way, so please do that!) and is probably one of my most memorable trips to date.
I finally finished editing the second part of my Moroccan adventure. I tried to make it 5 minutes, but couldn't. It was so much fun remembering everything as I edited, but I also remember being in the the bus to and from the desert for hours on end, and how travel weary we all were. I remember savage cats fighting over our leftovers, I remember aching booty and thighs after almost 2 hours on a camel, and I remember actually being so frustrated I couldn't find good food after 4 hours on the road that I actually shed a tear, lol! That said, it was still a fantastic experience. Not necessarily one I'd repeat (the desert trip), but an experience worth having nonetheless.
Morocco was a dream. The sights, the sounds and colours were simply amazing. One thing I know for SURE is that I have to go again. There are so many beautiful places to explore, and lots of great things to do. I'd like to see Casablanca, go to Fez and Chefchaouen, and this time, stay at a Riad instead of a hotel. I'd also love to go up in a hot air balloon overlooking the city at sunrise. Bliss.
But for now, travel with me to Marrakech for Part 1 of my amazing trip to Morocco
A long overdue post, and I apologize!! I have been all over the place recently, and here's what 've been up to. I'll give you the highlights for each month, shall I?
JULY: A very Google week: From an intimate dinner for select friends of the house, to a 2 day YouTube Creator workshop, to a culture and arts night, all culminating in a final conference day...
AUGUST: Aka my birthday month!! Between shooting my new TV show for Ebonylife TV (Yup, coming soon!!), which I'm producing, writing for and presenting, hosting a couple of events, and of course, my birthday...
The Diaspora Festival was probably the most eye-opening experience I had. The emotions the returnees had, and the connection they felt, made me curious about the way people from other cultures, especially those who have history rooted in slavery, often feel; like something is missing...
